Гнев — это мощная эмоция, которая может негативно влиять на здоровье. Он не только разрушает психоэмоциональное состояние, но и вредит физическому состоянию организма, ослабляя иммунную систему.

Гнев часто возникает на фоне предшествующих эмоций, таких как раздражение, недовольство и внутреннее напряжение. Эти состояния могут привести к накоплению гнева. После сильного гнева часто остаётся чувство пустоты и неловкости, которое может длиться долго.

Когда происходит гнев, в организме запускаются биохимические процессы, включая выделение кортизола и адреналина, что вызывает напряжение в теле. Даже если эмоция проходит, напряжение остаётся. При частом проявлении гнева это напряжение может накапливаться, приводя к нарушениям в работе сосудов и ухудшая питание тканей.

С точки зрения тибетской медицины, гнев связан с возбуждением желчи, что вызывает напряжение. Напряжение блокирует естественные процессы в организме, приводя к застою. Также существует мнение, что чем больше желчи, тем сильнее гнев, что отражает выражение «желчный человек».

Как справиться с гневом?

Before becoming angry, a person always experiences previous emotions, such as irritation, dissatisfaction and internal tension. These conditions lead to anger. Everyone has probably noticed that after strong anger we feel inner emptiness and some kind of awkwardness, which persist for a long time, like a sediment. Now I will try to explain to you what grandfather meant when he said that anger destroys you physically. When we get angry, certain biochemical processes occur that result in the release of cortisol and adrenaline. This creates enormous tension in the body. The emotion may pass, but the tension in the body remains. If this happens often, over and over again, this tension begins to accumulate. Which leads to disruption of small vessels, disruption of nutrition of tissues and cells. And this begins to destroy our body physically. Tension blocks the natural circulation of mucus, and thus zone stagnation occurs. This mechanism, from the point of view of Tibetan medicine, greatly influences the health of our blood vessels. My grandfather used to say that the more bile a person has, the more anger he has. In Russia they say “bilious person”, which means an angry person. But what should you do to stop being angry?
